SHAWARMA MARINATED GOAT CHEESE
- 1 pack plain goat, feta or sheep's cheese
- 1.5 tsp Dukkan Shawarma Spice
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Roasted garlic or garlic infused olive oil (optional)
- 1 pack small Persian cucumbers (or crackers or bread!) to dip
Add crumbled plain goat or sheep's cheese to a clean jar.
Add shawarma spice and roasted garlic i(f using), then cover everything with olive oil.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours to let the cheese marinate.
Enjoy with cucumbers, crackers, breads, on salads - wherever you use marinated cheese!
