INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 extra virgin cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Dukkan dark Molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp flaky salt
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup hazlenuts
- 1/3 cup cacao nibs
- 1/3 cup flaxseed meal (optional)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, mix your wet ingredients until combined. Add all the dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Step 3:
Lay the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes, turning it halfway through so that the granola starts to change color, but not solidify and bake evenly. Let cool completely before adding flaxseed, cacao nibs, chia seeds, small pieces of your favorite dried fruit such as apricots, figs or dates.
Step 4:
Serve atop Greek yogurt, a smoothie bowl, or eat as a snack on its own. Yum! Top with one of our jams for an extra sweet treat.
